October's Featured Mission
Each month, we choose a different non-profit or local charity to support with a portion of the funds we receive for training. Our featured non-profit for October is Making Strides Against Breast Cancer.
This organization is near and dear to our hearts because being in service to others is part of who we are as a community - and who WE are as a business. They work hard to fight breast cancer and this is our FOURTH year supporting MSABC. This year, our team (Saving Second Base) is walking to help raise awareness and to raise money to help in the fight. That's why this is important to us.

Hello! I'm Sheila Farr - an eternal optimist, international best-selling author, leadership expert, and teacher. A former U.S. Air Force Reservist, I have more than 25 years of experience in the fields of Human Resources, healthcare administration and management, training, and education.

We are currently offering most all of our courses and coaching in a virtual format. Please contact us to inquire about your specific needs. We are using several different on-line training platforms, so you'll have several options from which to choose.
We will begin to have smaller classes in February 2021, we will do so in accordance with all local, state and federal laws, as well as the CDC guidelines. We want to ensure your safety in training at all times!
