This is a virtual 6-hour workshop held 2-hours weekly for three weeks in which you will learn: 1. Leadership Competencies - Leadership and Navigating in Business as Leader - Ethical Practices in Leadership 2. Business Competencies - Key Metrics and Measurements (and why they matter) - Critical Evaluation of Reports and Metrics - Consultation with Business Partners and Staff 3. Interpersonal Competencies - Your Communication Style - Relationship Management - Global and Cultural Effectiveness This course will assist you in learning the basics of business strategy and will show you how you can make a positive impact on the culture of your business and organization.
