Overview This 2-hour course prepares the learner with the basic knowledge of the fundamentals of leadership and management. We will discuss how personality type and communication styles impact your leadership ability, how to transition from buddy to boss, ways to develop and implement strategic plans for teamwork, and how to create a workplace culture that fosters an attitude of engagement among employees. This course is best suited for beginning managers or new leaders. $97 per person
