A training plan is an organized description of the actions and resources employees use to do their jobs efficiently. The plan can be as simple as a brief outline or something more complex, such as a hands-on activity or a list of questions for employees. Join us as we explore the options for effective training plans and how training plans can set employees up for success at work. SHRM-certified HR professionals (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) receive 1 PDC for completion of training.
