Each month, we proudly give back to our community (and beyond) by supporting organizations that make a real difference—and this month, we’re honored to support Impact1More.
Impact1More is a faith-based nonprofit organization founded by Matiss Vitols Vitolins, operating under the nonprofit umbrella of Rock of Cape Church. Their heart beats for sharing God’s love and transforming lives through genuine care, heartfelt support, spiritual encouragement, and compassion. Their work begins with one person and expands from community to community, building a future of hope and healing through consistent, faith-driven action.
They are driven by the core belief that “I Can Do Something” a reminder that no matter where someone comes from, everyone has the power to make a difference. Welcome to Gulf Coast Training & Education Services, LLC!
Hello! I’m Sheila Farr – an eternal optimist, international best-selling author, leadership expert, and passionate teacher. With over 33 years of experience in the fields of Human Resources, healthcare administration, management, and training, and service as a U.S. Air Force Reservist, I’ve dedicated my career to empowering individuals and helping businesses thrive.
In 2017 I founded Gulf Coast Training & Education Services, LLC to help businesses and individuals gain the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to stay relevant and succeed in today’s fast-paced world. Through a combination of HR consulting, employee benefits administration, bookkeeping services, and professional development training, we partner with small businesses and professionals to propel them to new heights.
At GCTES, we believe in holistic growth. That’s why we also offer wellness courses, including yoga, tai chi, art classes and writing classes, to nurture the body, mind, and spirit. Additionally, we provide SHRM certification programs and job training to help professionals advance in their careers with confidence. Our offerings are designed to equip you with practical tools for every aspect of personal and business development.
As an advocate of lifelong learning, I’ve also had the privilege of volunteering as a literacy coach since the early 1990s. My passion for helping others share their stories led me to expand into literary services—guiding individuals to write, publish, and share their books or short stories to amplify their work, ministry, or advocacy. We have two literacy programs at GCTES: Best in Business Publishing (our magazine and boutique book publishing), and Biloxi Reads! - an initiative to get books into the hands of underserved populations here on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

Helping you succeed
We are currently offering most all of our courses and coaching in a virtual format. Please contact us to inquire about your specific needs. We are using several different on-line training platforms, so you'll have several options from which to choose.
We continue to offer smaller "in person" gatherings in accordance with all local, state and federal laws, as well as the CDC guidelines for safe gathering. We want to ensure your safety in training at all times!
