Diversity Dialogue Series Hosted by the Gulf Coast Human Resource Association, our Diversity Dialogue Series offers free monthly education and discussion sessions on a variety of diversity, equity, and inclusion topics. Led by Sheila Farr, Diversity Chair for GCHRA, these sessions equip HR directors, business leaders, and community professionals with practical tools and fresh perspectives to create more inclusive workplaces. Each month, we explore relevant challenges, share best practices, and foster open conversation—helping organizations run better businesses while taking better care of their people. All sessions are held at noon and are virtual.
