Service Description

We meet 2 hours each week each week in September to teach new managers basic leadership skills and strategies. Topics covered include: Developing Your Leadership Philosophy Managing People Your Leadership and Communication Style Crucial Conversations Delegating and Team Development Becoming a Great Leader Sponsored by the MS SHRM Workforce Readiness Director and Diversity Director from the Gulf Coast Human Resource Association, this class is FREE, but space is limited to 10 students. We meet live at Gulf Coast Training & Education Services from 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm. Meeting Dates: Tuesday, September 2 Tuesday, September 9 Monday, September 15 Tuesday, September 23 Tuesday, September 30 Selecting the September 2 date on registration enrolls you in the total course.
