Service Description
Join me in this 2-hr workshop, where you’ll learn to celebrate and appreciate your mind, body, and soul with energizing postures, breathing exercises, journaling, and meditations you can use every day in your own life that will enhance your ability to focus on your dreams and enable you to celebrate the positive changes that come into your life. Our focus will be on releasing tensions and trauma held in the body in order to allow healing. You will learn: * various breathing techniques to energize and calm the body * a hatha yoga sequence specifically to help with release and healing * meditation and a hatha yoga sequence specifically to help with bringing joy and celebration into your life
